Implementation
Implementation of ERP systems and SAP in particular, should be driven by the organization's vision on how SAP would better enable its core business processes to be successful. It almost always means a complete re-think of how an organization operates, in terms of business processes and the roles and responsibilities of the people behind them.

How we do it

We understand the strategic nature of SAP implementation. We ingrain the following key design principles into our implementation methodology, to help bridge the gap, and ensure the success of an implementation:
  1. Strategy - bridging business-IT gaps; validating business needs by making the "invisible" – "visible" through an objective external analysis

  2. Implementation - need analysis; defining sourcing streams, methodologies, partners and assets required for the implementation

  3. Roll-out and bridging sourcing gaps through effective program and risk management
